inspired by Bruce vibrating table I decided to make one. In stead of an vibrating massager I had an old shuffle sander I would use instead of buying a new one.
I took a piece of plywood I had laying around, and fasten the sander on the back side with some scrap wood and secured it with some metal plates I had. I put it on top of a plastic box with the sander inside it, cut some holes do the heat could escape.
On top I used some scrap pieces of moulding to make 3 boxes to hold the molds in place, so the don't move around while working with them. This means that I actually can have 11 molds on at one time, but I only have 4 or 5 mold on at time, so the plaster don't dry out while pouring. This also means that molding times is more than half for my sake.
No to make a mess I cover the table with plastic so I don't destroy the table with harden plaster. I leave the plastic until the molds are ready to pop, then I take the plastic and crush it into a ball and all the excess plaster comes off.
I hope this has some interest and can be of some help.
