*Worst. Service. EVER.
*...but, a good selection of boat accessories.
I placed a small order for fittings for my WIP, the River Lily, on 4 July '07. Other than an automated receipt, I didn't recieve any word back until 20 July -- after I contacted the site to ensure my order had shipped. I recieved a two-line reply that the parts were out of stock, and should be restocked and shipped in the "next week or two." 7 August I again had to contact the site, and was told (three lines this time) they were waiting on the manufacturer, but would let me know when to expect the shipment as soon as they knew. Apparently, they didn't know much, because they never got back to me over the next month. I contacted them again on 4 September...this time making it clear I wanted my parts, a substitution, or my money back. Another two sentences said they should be shipped in a week...and, finally, I did recieve them on 14 September (although without any word they'd been shipped).
The lack of initiative to ever contact me about issues with my orders, or even follow up on their promises, the terse replies, and the clear unwillingness to work with me to find alternatives leaves me shocked and dismayed. I never even recieved an apology, let alone a discount. I will never work with the company again.
However, for someone desperate for parts, they DO have a large selection (although it's very badly organized). But make sure to contact them before you buy, ensure it's in stock and exactly when it'll be shipped...because clearly they aren't concerned about it.
