Ultracal 30 (somewhere around 8000 psi?) may be marginally stronger than Hydrocal, but Ultracal 30 has noticable shrinkage issues, and takes far longer to set and cure. It all depends on whether you need the strength more than the dimensional accuracy. For me, Ultracal 30 would be a small step further down the list than Hydrocal, but still above PoP (a mere 2000 psi).
