Have you read or played through the earlier versions? 2e or earlier. What you said is exactly what I mean by nothing killing you without 2 or 3 rounds of saving throws. In the earlier versions, many of the traps are either 'save or die' or just 'die', like the sphere of annihilation.

This is a nice project though. Are you making it in pieces so they can be taken apart and reused in other endeavors, or are they forever locked in the shape of the Tomb?
