I use HA blocks as a supplement to Dwarven Forge sections and maps. So I use some of both styles. The edge mounted wall sections fit well with most of the DF sections. The center mounted walls work well with maps and as large room dividers. Right angle adapters for the center mounted walls make good risers and second story supports. If I were to start from scratch I think I would use center line wall sections and maps.
