Greetings
"Hopefully I'm explaining this well enough. It's hard to explain through text only."
Perfectly. I was thinking of tack gluing the base to the side of the box to suspend it as that would be the part I was pouring through but I understand the other comments as well. The casting with plaster part I am OK with but the mold making part seems a bit intimidating. Does anyone do this commercially or as a side line? I have two little 1/24 scale busts I need molds made from for plaster casting. I just don't want to mess up my masters
Also what do you use as a mold release for the silicone mold part if I do it myself? What can I put on the masters and mold box to release the silicone without diminishing the details? Anything I can buy locally?
