I made a custom mold of some of the 4" round and ruined tower pieces to get some different block heights.  There was still a bit of cutting and sanding to get things to fit together well enough.

Yes, this thing is enormous and sitting next to my 'castle' I build years ago makes both of them look out of proportion.  They aren't meant to be part of the same gaming table.  My initial vision was for the Crescent Moon to be a large building situated a days travel from the nearest town in a fantasy setting with a medieval flavor.  The building needed to be large enough to give room and board all of the nobles and other patrons from the surrounding area making the trip to see the well advertised musical and theatrical attractions held within.

In practical terms, I plan to run a game I created at a convention coming up in March which will take advantage of all of the locations (rooms) that this enormous building will provide.

Anyway, yes it is quite large and it dwarfs everything else I've build to date.  Will it attract some players to the fill out the slots in the game I'm running by looming over every other game table at the convention?  I hope so.
