I used Mold Max for my first mold, and it came out fine. Just as long as you have a digital scale to get the measurements right, you should be okay.
I also don't have a vacuum chamber, and I didn't have any problems. The trick is to pour the silicone from a height, so instead of pouring a big glob that can trap air, you pour it into a very thin stream. That helps get any bubbles from mixing out, and prevents new air from being trapped as you pour your mold.
The other trick I can think of, is make sure you seal your mold. I just used Future floor wax, and it works wonders. I didn't deal my first mold, and I had a lot of problems getting the master out. I sealed the master of my second mold, and it just popped right out.
Any other questions, feel free to ask.
