That would be 180F, not 180C. Plaster starts to break down at temperatures hotter than 65C (150F), short periods above this temperature are OK (at about 100C it takes about an hour to completely break down plaster).

Place the blocks under a desk fan and they should be dried within an hour (or two). They will dry quicker if the air flows across the short side (not along the long length).

The factors effecting drying speed in decreasing importance are:
1 - Air speed
2 - Temperature
3 - Humidity
