Random cookie tins, granola bar boxes from Costco, a few plastic boxes, plastic candy tubs, plastic containers of mixed nuts. Basically, anything that I've got around the house, or can get cheap. The most important thing is to *LABEL* them if you want to know what mold the bricks came from. Some blocks are sorted into smaller interlocking containers (can't find them any more, dangit) and kept in a rolling multi-shelf storage unit.
Somewhere in this forum (pre-Yuku days) there was a thread of pictures of people using quite amazing plastic drawer systems. I think on that one it was people asking about how to prevent bricks from getting moldy. I'd post a link to the thread but Yuku's search sucks like a Hoover so I'm afraid you're just gonna hafta take my word for this.
