Like most others here I just don't have time to paint figures anymore. About 4 years before I started this business I liked to paint Warhammer figures (and was pretty good at it too). It was kind of a nice escape from the regular job of teaching school.

However, once I started making building blocks and terrain - that's all I really wanted to do. It seemed a much more interesting use of time to make things that no one else could make, rather than paint figues that everyone else had. Besides, I have always liked the architecture more than the figures.

At this point I either purchase pre-painted figues to photograph for the displays or use figures that others have painted.

Thanks,
Bruce Hirst
